1)Powder the biscuts coarse,mix with sugar & melted butter.
Press them on to a springform pan and Refrigerate it until set.
Mix the jelly powder in 1 cup boiled water.
Blend the cheese,yogurt,whipped cream & powdered sugar and beat them until it forms creamy texture.
Add the pineapple jelly to the mix and blend them well.
Pour it over the pre-set base and then refrigerate.
Garnish with chopped pineapple cooked in sugar.
