Semiya Upma
This is a very simple breakfast which can be prepared in less time. It does not need much work.

- 2 cups Semiya cooked in water and drained, Semolina
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 of Onion cut into small pieces
- 3 nos Green chillies nicely sliced
- 1 inch Ginger nicely cut
- 4 - Curry leaves
- 1 cup Tomatoes cut into cubes
- Salt As reqd
- Oil As reqd
