Chinese Style Chilli Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Chicken chopped
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 20 nos Green chillies
  • 3 nos Onion
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Salt As reqd
  • Vinegar
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken with soya sauce, green chilli, salt and vinegar for half an hour.
  • Add oil in a tawa and sautT the onion in it.
  • Add green chillies and ginger-garlic paste and sautT well.
  • Add the chicken to it and cook with closed lid.
  • Add soya sauce as per requirement in order to get a brown colour.
  • Wait until the chicken is cooked well.
  • :- Serve hot with chapathi or paratha.
