Veg Korma

An easy veg korma without coconut

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Potato
  • 2 nos Carrots
  • 4 nos Beans
  • 1/2 cup Peas
  • 1/2 of Beetroot
  • 1 no Onion big
  • 1 no Tomato big
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • Coriander leaves
  • Curry leaves

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
  • Fry ginger-garlic paste.
  • Add onions & tomatoes and fry for sometime.
  • Add all veg along with chilli powder, salt & turmeric powder.
  • Pour enough water to cover veg.
  • Pressure cook for 5 mins.
  • After 10 mins, open it.
  • Add garam masala, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  • Heat it again for 2 - 3 mins without lid.
  • Stir well till it becomes a thick curry.
