Instructions
Fry the red gram, black gram, coriander seeds, channa dhal, rice, pepper seeds and cumin seeds.
Grind the fried ingredients and add red chilli powder during grinding.
Heat oil in a pan.
Splutter mustard, black gram and channa dhal.
After it pops, put sliced onion and curry leaves.
Pour the ground powder.
Add tamarind water, turmeric powder, salt and cook for 10 to 20 mins.
:- We can add vegetables like brinjal and drumsticks (optional).
