Instructions
Wash and soak rice for at least one hour.
Grind the rice along with grated coconut and salt to a fine paste.
Add plenty of water to the rice paste so that the batter reaches almost the consistency of water.
Heat a nonstick tava and pour one spoonful batter into it.
Rotate the tava as soon as you pour the batter. The thickness of neer dosa should be that of thin paper.
No need to cook the dosa by putting it upside down. Just cover it with a lid and it will get cooked within 2 minutes.
Fold the dosa like a triangle.
:- Serve hot with chutney / sambar / chicken curry / egg curry / potato curry
