Neer Dosa

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Rice Basmati or pachari
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut grated
  • Salt As reqd
  • Water As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Wash and soak rice for at least one hour.
  • Grind the rice along with grated coconut and salt to a fine paste.
  • Add plenty of water to the rice paste so that the batter reaches almost the consistency of water.
  • Heat a nonstick tava and pour one spoonful batter into it.
  • Rotate the tava as soon as you pour the batter. The thickness of neer dosa should be that of thin paper.
  • No need to cook the dosa by putting it upside down. Just cover it with a lid and it will get cooked within 2 minutes.
  • Fold the dosa like a triangle.
  • :- Serve hot with chutney / sambar / chicken curry / egg curry / potato curry
