Soya Chunks N Baby Potato Subji

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Onion finely chopped, big
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • Soya chunks a tea cup, small
  • 5-6 nos Baby potatoes
  • 2 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 desert Tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilli sauce
  • 1/2 a Coriander leaves
  • Salt as rqd
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • Note: *Soak soya chunks in warm water for 5 mts.drain off water and add lime juice n pepper powder to it and mix well.keep aside. *Pressure cook baby potatoes n peel their skin off!
  • Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add onions n green chillies and saute till onions get transparent.
  • Add chilli powder n turmeric powder along with salt and mix well.
  • Squeeze the soya chunks well and add them .mix well again.
  • Add baby potatoes and mix
  • Finally add chilli sauce n tomato sauce to it.mix well.
  • :- Garnish with coriander leaves grated coconut n finely chopped garlic pieces.
  • Serve:- With chappati naan or rice!
