Aloo Bhaaji

Ingredients
  

  • 5 nos Potatoes chopped
  • 2 nos Onion large
  • 2 nos Green chillies slit
  • 1/4 inch Ginger chopped
  • Turmeric a pinch
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves Few
  • 2 nos Red chillies whole
  • Coriander leaves Few
  • 1 no Tomato large
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds/Jeera
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • In the pressure cooker add cut potatoes, onion, cut tomato, ginger, and green chillies.
  • Add little water, salt, turmeric powder and pressure cook for 5 minutes.
  • Open cooker lid and with a spoon mash the potato a little so that some are mashed and some left as such.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Splutter mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, red whole chillies, and again one sliced onion.
  • Fry and pour over the potato mixture.
  • Add coriander leaves.
  • Enjoy!!!
