Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Mutton cooked with enough stock
  • 1 no Onion chopped, large
  • 2 tbsp Kashmiri Chilly powder
  • 10 nos Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 no Cinnamon stick Karugapatta
  • 3 nos Cloves Grambu
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • Oil As reqd
  • Curry leaves As reqd
  • Coriander leaves As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing the delicious chilly fry, first grind together red chilly powder, coriander powder, garlic, cinnamon stick, cloves, cumin and vinegar.
  • Heat oil in a kadai or wok.
  • Fry onions in it.
  • Add the ground masala and fry well.
  • Add the boiled mutton and a little of the mutton soup from the cooker.
  • Add salt if required and fry well, till you see oil come out.
  • Add curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  • :- Enjoy with rice.
