Spicy Pepper Beef

Dry fried beef in pepper

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Beef
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Red chilly powder(preferably Kashmiri chilly powder preferably Kashmiri chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper powder
  • 2 nos Green chillies half sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Cumin powder Jeerakam
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Beef masala
  • 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 stem Curry leaves
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Marinate beef with all the masalas and keep aside for 20 minutes.
  • Pressure cook the beef until almost done.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Add curry leaves and then add cooked beef.
  • :- Do not add the stock.
  • While frying, add green chillies and saute until it turns brownish black.
  • :- You can have it like this if you prefer dry fry or else you can add the stock and cook for 5 more mins.
