Ingredients
  

To pressure cook:

  • 4 lbs Beef
  • 1 piece Ginger chopped to fine pieces
  • 4 tbsp Red onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt A reqd

To fry:

  • 4-5 cups Onion
  • 4 tbsp Ginger
  • 3 tbsp Garlic
  • 6 nos Jalopeno peppers Add more to make it spicy
  • 5 to Curry leaves
  • Coconut slivers A few
  • 4 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 to Red pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Garam masala heaped
  • 3/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Asafoetida
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Pressure cook the above ingredients until beef is cooked
  • Fry ginger & garlic and onion.
  • Add jalopeno peppers, coconut slivers & curry leaves.
  • Fry till onion turns brown.
  • Add all the powders and add beef. Fry till your hearts content.
