Fish fillet

Ginger paste

Tamarind juice
extracted from 1 Lemon sized ball

Cilantro

Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Add the chopped onions and green chillies in it. Fry until brown.
Add all the dry spices into it and fry for a few more seconds.
Add the ginger paste and tomatoes.
When the oil starts seperating, add the tamarind juice and bring to a boil.
Now add the fish pieces to this mixture and add 1/2 a cup of water to it.
Cover and cook and add more water if needed depending upon required consistency.
When the fish is cooked, add the cilantro to it.
:-Serve hot with rice or rotis.
