Beef Ulathiyathu Easy

A spicy kerala style beef pattichulathiyathu

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Beef
  • 4 nos Onions
  • 1/4 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 1/4 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 1/4 cup Coconut flakes
  • 2 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd
  • Curry leaves
  • Mustard seeds

Instructions
 

  • Clean and cut the beef into small pieces.
  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Pressure cook the beef till it becomes tender.
  • Heat oil in a pan or kadai.
  • Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and onion and fry well.
  • Add tomato sauce, soya sauce, pepper powder and saute well.
  • Put the cooked beef into it and saute well till it turns to brown colour.
