Uzhunnu/Urad Dal

cups
Wheat flour
steamed
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Soak urad dal for 4 hours.
Grind well in a mixer.
Grind steamed wheat flour.
Add salt, mix everything together and keep it for fermentation.
Heat up a dosa tawa.
Pour a ladle of dosa batter on the tawa and spread it thin.
Pour oil or ghee over it.
:- Serve with coconut chutney or sambar.
