In a pot, add the chicken pieces, salt, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, lime juice, black pepper powder, chicken masala and cook till chicken is well cooked.
:- There shouldn`t be any need to add water but add if need be.
:- Cook on low flame. Initially when adding the ingredients in the pot, stir well all ingredients as this brings out the water in the chicken.
In a wok, saute the onions and green chillies, till onion is light golden brown.
Add the chicken and cook till all water has dried off.
Garnish with lime slices and mint leaves.
