Beena`s Nutri Cutlet

Healthy one with Soya chunks!!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Nutri Meal maker/Soya chunks
  • Ginger A small piece
  • 2 no Green chillies
  • 2 nos Onion big
  • Corn flour As reqd
  • 1 no Egg beaten
  • Milk
  • Bread crumbs
  • All purpose flour As reqd, Maida
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • Put Nutri in boiled water and close it. Open after 5 minutes when it will be swollen fully and then drain it. Nicely drain the water by squeezing it and then grind it.
  • :- It should not grind to a paste.
  • Cut garlic, green chillies, onion into small pieces and then fry it after cracking mustards.
  • Put the fried things to the half-grinded Nutri and mix well.
  • Add salt and maida flour to the mixture say about two to three teaspoons and mix well too.
  • Break the egg and mix nicely with milk to form a batter.
  • Add about 2 - 3 tsp of corn flour to it and mix well.
  • Add a pinch of salt.
  • Make the above prepared Nutri paste to your desired shape and dip it in the egg batter and roll in the bread crumbs.
  • Fry till golden brown.
  • :- Serve with chilli or tomato sauce.
