Mix maida, corn flour and baking powder, add one cup of milk and mix well.
To about a cup of milk, add yeast. Keep aside for an hour.
After one hour add egg white and beat well.
dd both 1 & 2 to each other beat thoroughly and prepare a thick batter.
To the fish pieces, add lemon juice, red chilly powder, salt, turmeric powder and marinate.
Add the marinated fish pieces to the batter.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Deep fry the fish pieces one by one until brown.
