Instructions
Soak kadala in water for atleast 8 hrs and pressure cook it.
Heat coconut oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds, onion and finally coconut and fry well till it turns brown.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder and chilli powder to it and mix well.
Allow it to cool and grind it.
Add the ground paste to kadala and cook it.
Add required salt to taste.
In a pan, saute chopped onion and curry leaves in coconut oil and add to kadala.
