Carrot Pachadi Easy

A tasty Pachadi using Carrot and Curd

Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Carrots grated
  • 1/2 of Coconut
  • 3 nos Red chillies
  • 1 cup Curd/Yogurt
  • 1/2 spoon Mustard seeds
  • Salt As reqd

To saute:

  • 1/2 spoon Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves As reqd
  • Coconut oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Grate the Carrots and put it in a bowl.
  • Heat the red chillies on a very low flame by directly keeping on the burner of stove.
  • Grind together coconut, red chillies with some water and finally while taking it, add mustard seeds and grind it for a while.
  • Add the grounded paste to the grated Coconut.
  • Add Curd and required Salt to Carrot and mix it well.
  • In a pan, saute mustard seeds and curry leaves in coconut oil and add to pachadi.
