Coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.
Add onion and brown well.
Add green chillies and ginger-garlic paste followed by tomatoes.
Add the masalas and salt and cook to a smooth paste.
Add the mutton cubes now and add very little water if required.
Cook the mutton in the masala itself until well done.
Cook until all the water evaporates.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
