Mutton Chukka

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Mutton
  • 100 gm Onion
  • 100 gm Tomato
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • Ginger garlic paste - 50 gm
  • 1 no Cinnamon Karugapatta
  • 1 no Cardamom Elakka
  • 1 no Cloves Grambu
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 25 ml Oil
  • Salt As reqd
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.
  • Add onion and brown well.
  • Add green chillies and ginger-garlic paste followed by tomatoes.
  • Add the masalas and salt and cook to a smooth paste.
  • Add the mutton cubes now and add very little water if required.
  • Cook the mutton in the masala itself until well done.
  • Cook until all the water evaporates.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve hot.
