Cut the chicken pieces and mix in salt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice. Keep aside for 15 mins.
Blend the cashew nuts and make a paste.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add onions and fry until they become golden brown.
Add yoghurt, chilly powder, chopped green chilies, garam masala, salt, red orange color and cashew paste and mix well.
Add chicken pieces and cook until chicken is done.
:- Serve with cream and coriander leaves on it.
