For jamuns:-

Sterlised cream
Nestle Cream
2
tea
Milk powder
1
tbsp
Allpurpose flour
Maida
Baking soda
A pinch
For sugar syrup:-

cups
Sugar
2
cups
Water
1
tbsp
Vanilla essence
1
tsp
Cardamom powder
Elakka
Instructions
Knead together sterlised cream, milk powder, maida and baking soda into a smooth dough without lumps.
Make small balls and fry in oil.
In another pan, boil sugar and water together, keep stiring and prepare a syrup.
After its warm, add the vanilla essence and cardamom powder into it.
Drain and soak the balls into it.
After 15 mins, serve warm or chilled.
