To make Prawn Masala:-
1)Pour oil in a Pressure cooker.
Add cloves, cardamom & onion saute until the onions become light brown color.
Add all other ingredients except coriander leaves.
:- No need to add water.
Cover the lid & cook for 5 mins on low heat.
When it becomes ready, add coriander leaves.
To Make Rice:-
1)Heat ghee in a non-stick kadai.
Add rice and saute for 2 mins.
Add hot water and salt.
Cover the lid & cook on low flame.
For Presentation:-
1)In a plate, make a rice layer followed by a layer of prawn masala .
Repeat the same to make for one more layer.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
:- Serve hot.
