Chinese Chicken Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack Noodles
  • 2 nos Spring onion
  • 100 g Peas(optional)
  • 1 no. Carrot Thin cubes
  • 1 no. Capsicum Cut into thin rounds
  • Garam masala A pinch
  • 2 tsp Soya sauce
  • 3 tsp Chilly sauce
  • 2 tbsp Stir fry sauce
  • 2 tsp Pepper powder
  • Salt Only if required, since all these sauces have salt in them.
  • 200 g Chicken Shredded
  • 2 nos. Eggs
  • Try more vegetables in it if preferred.
  • Try to get Frozen Vegetables from kroger. peas and carrots are easily available.

Instructions
 

  • To make shredded chicken, put the boneless chicken pieces into a cooker along with little water, a bit of salt and pepper.
  • :- Add garlic and green chillies if the flavour is preferred.
  • Wait for 1 - 2 whistles, remove the cooker from the stove and open the cooker while its under the tap of cold flowing water.
  • Take out the chicken pieces alone from the water and try to shred them into small pieces.
  • Meanwhile, steam the veggies and keep aside.
  • Put the noodles in a sauce pan along with 1 - 2 cups of water and required salt.
  • :- Generally its 2 cups of water required to make a pack of noodles.
  • Once the noodles is half cooked, add boiled peas, carrot, pepper, garam masala and chilly sauce.
  • Cook it for 1 - 2 mins and then add soya sauce and stir fry sauce along with the shredded chicken.
  • In the end, add both the eggs and scramble them along with the noodles.
  • :- The noodles is done.
