Snake Guard Bajji

Snake guard fried with stuffing

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Snake guard Padavalanga
  • 50 gm Gram flour Kadalapodi
  • 25 gm Rice flour
  • 100 gm Chicken
  • 1 no Onion
  • Coriander leaves A little
  • Salt As reqd
  • 15 gm Chilly powder
  • 20 gm Coriander powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Peel the skin off the snake guard and core the seeds.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped onions followed by masalas and cook the masala.
  • Add the minced chicken and cook for some more time.
  • Add chopped coriander leaves.
  • Stuff the cooked chicken inside the snake guard tightly.
  • Cut the snake guard into roundels of 1/2 inch thickness.
  • Make batter ready by adding flour salt and water.
  • Dip the cut snake guard into the batter.
  • Deep fry in hot oil.
  • :- Serve.
  • :- You can use vegetables in place of chicken also.
