Vermicelli Vada
Crispy, spicy, golden brown snack

- 1 tea Vermicelli cooked, Semiya
- 1/2 tea Maida
- 1/2 tea Semolina Sooji/Rava
- 1 tea Onion chopped
- 2 tbsp Green chillies chopped
- 2 tbsp Ginger chopped
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
- 1 tea Groundnuts roasted, peeled and halved, Nelakadala
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- Salt As reqd
- 1 tea Oil
Mix together all ingredients.
Make balls off it.
Shape them into vadas.
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry these vadas till golden brown and crispy.
:- Serve with any chutney or sauce or plain, hot or cold, as you like.
