Vermicelli Vada

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tea Vermicelli cooked, Semiya
  • 1/2 tea Maida
  • 1/2 tea Semolina Sooji/Rava
  • 1 tea Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Green chillies chopped
  • 2 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 1 tea Groundnuts roasted, peeled and halved, Nelakadala
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tea Oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all ingredients.
  • Make balls off it.
  • Shape them into vadas.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry these vadas till golden brown and crispy.
  • :- Serve with any chutney or sauce or plain, hot or cold, as you like.
