Pista Souffle

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Egg yolks
  • 25 gm Sugar
  • 100 ml Boiled milk
  • 2 tsp Gelatin
  • 200 gm Fresh cream
  • 70 gm Pista ice cream
  • 2 nos Egg whites
  • Sugar As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Mix together egg yolk, sugar and boiled milk and add the double boiled gelatin.
  • Add fresh cream and pista ice cream.
  • Beat the egg and sugar together till it becomes fluffy.
  • Add it to the above mixture.
  • Keep in freezer for 1/2 hr or until it becomes set.
  • Garnish with pistachios and cream.
