Crispy Chicken Legs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 leg Chicken
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 3 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 no Egg
  • Oil to deep fry

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken pieces with pepper powder, tumeric powder, coriander powder, lemon juice and salt.
  • Beat egg in a bowl and keep it aside.
  • Coat the marinated chicken pieces with beaten egg and roll them in breadcrumbs.
  • Deep fry the chicken pieces till golden brown.
  • :- Chicken fry is ready to serve :-)
