Boil washed sprouts in 4 cups water.
Drain and keep both aside separately.
Mix the corn flour in 1/4 cup water. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a heavy pan.
Add onion and garlic and stir-fry for a minute.
Add carrot, cabbage, sprouts, and potato and stir for 2 - 3 mins.
Add the stock (water in which sprouts were boiled).
Boil and simmer for 5 mins.
Add salt, chili sauce, sugar and corn flour paste, stirring continuously.
Boil for 3 mins.
:- Serve steaming hot (doesnt taste good if cold), with wheat bread toasts or garlic rolls.
:- To make sprouts, put the green gram in water overnight, drain in the morning n keep aside. It will sprout by evening..
:- It tastes good when itz real spicy.. u may also add pepper after serving to make it more spicy...and tomato sauce too...
:- It must be taken hot.....good for those who r on a diet.
