Carrot
Beans
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Green peas

Yam
Lady`s finger (if fresh not available)

Instructions
Add dal in rice cooker and if frozen vegetables, add it along with turmeric, salt and cook upto 1 whistle.
Cool it and open it.
Add the sambar powder.
:- If u slightly heat all powders together the colour of sambar can be made little brown.
Add fenugreek powder or whole.
Add asafoetida powder.
Splutter mustard seeds in a little oil.
Saute some onion or shallots.
Add tomato and dry red chillies.
Add it to the curry along with coriander leaves.
:- Serve with dosa and rice.
