Omlette Without Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Gram flour Kadalapodi/Besan
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 no Onion finely chopped, small
  • 2 nos Green chillies finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves As reqd, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chilly powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all the ingredients except oil in a bowl into pouring consistency.
  • Heat a little of oil in a pan.
  • Add the mixture and cook as pancakes.
  • :- Serve hot.
  • :- With this mixture, u can make 2 omlettes. It goes very well with bread. You can also add grated cheese if desired.
