Ingredients
  

  • 200 Tapioca Kappa
  • Water
  • Salt As reqd
  • White pepper As reqd
  • 20 gm Raddish
  • 20 gm Carrot
  • 1 no Onion
  • 4 nos Garlic pods
  • Whole pepper
  • 30 gm Butter
  • 30 gm Refined flour

Instructions
 

  • Boil the water.
  • Add tapioca, radish, carrot, onion, garlic and whole pepper until cooked.
  • Remove the stock and make puree of tapioca. Keep it aside.
  • For white sauce:- 1)Heat up a vessel.
  • Add butter in it allow it to melt.
  • Add refined flour just to stir.
  • Add slowly tapioca water to make white sauce.
  • For the cream:- 1)Boil the tapioca puree.
  • Add tapioca water and salt.
  • Let it boil.
  • Add white sauce.
  • Add the pepper powder.
  • Check the seasoning.
  • :- Serve hot.
