Strawberry Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pkt White cake mix
- 1 pkt Gelatin, strawberry
- ½ cup Frozen strawberries
- ½ cup Water
- 1 cup Oil
- 4 nos Eggs
For the Icing:-
- 1 lb Powdered sugar
- ¼ cup Butter melted
Instructions
- For making the cake:- 1)Mix jello and cake mix together.
- Add water and oil and mix on medium speed.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
- Add berries.
- Bake at 325 F for 30 - 45 mins in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- For making the icing:- 1)Cream butter, powdered sugar and strawberries together.
- For the strawberry cake:- 1)Spread the icing on cooled cake.
