Chinese Style Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pkts Chinese noodles
  • 2 nos Carrots
  • 1 no Capsicum
  • 1 no Onion
  • 1 no Tomato
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 4 nos Garlic pods
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • Ajinomotto A little
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Tomato ketchup

Instructions
 

  • Take a big vessel and pour water in it to upto 3/4th.
  • Add little salt and 1 tsp of oil and keep it in microwave for 7 mins to boil it.
  • When it boils, put noodles in it.
  • Keep it in microwave for (microwave mode) 8 mins.
  • Strain the water. Pour cold water in it, mix well and drain it again.
  • Take one container and pour 5 tsp of oil, add chopped onion and garlic and mix it well.
  • Keep it in microwave for 3 mins.
  • Press microwave mode.
  • Remove from oven.
  • In another bowl, put all vegetables and sprinkle little water.
  • Keep it in microwave for 2 mins.
  • Remove from oven and add onion in it.
  • Add all ingredients and mix well.
  • Keep it in oven for 3 mins.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Add noodles in it and mix well.
  • Keep it in oven and press micro plus grill for 5 mins.
