Instructions
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Saute the onion and green chillies.
When the onions turn brown, add curry leaves followed by red chilly powder, coriander powder, asafoetida and salt.
Saute for a min.
Add tamarind pulp.
When it thickens, add the piece of jaggery.
:- Serve with idli, dosa or even rice.
