Paneer Scramble

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Paneer cubes
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1/4 cup Capsicum chopped
  • 1 stem Curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • Salt As reqd
  • Pepper powder A pinch
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Mince paneer cubes and green chillies in a mincer.
  • :- If u r doing it with hands then chop the green chillies and saute this with other ingredients.
  • Heat the oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Saute onion, capsicum and curry leaves.
  • Add shredded cabbage to this and saute.
  • :- Cabbage should not be overcooked. It should be crisp.
  • Add salt and pepper to this and mix well.
  • Add the minced panner to this and stir well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • :- You can use Soya flakes instead of paneer.
  • :- Serve hot with chappathi.
  • :- This is a good sandwich filling too.
