Easy Moru Curry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Curds slightly sour
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 nos Dry red chillies Kollamulaku
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 1/2 tsp Black peppercorns Kurumulaku
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Beat the curd with a spoon to remove lumps.
  • Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well.
  • Add water if curd is too thick.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add cumin seeds, peppercorns, red chilly and curry leaves.
  • Add curd and keep stirring.
  • When WARM, take from fire.
  • :- Serve hot with rice.
  • :- Do not boil as it will curdle.
