Instructions
Remove the head, tail, shell and veins of the prawns.
Wash and dry it.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
When the oil is at medium heat, add the prawns and stir-fry for 2 mins.
Remove them from kadai.
Heat up the same oil.
Add garlic and chilli and stir-fry for 1 min.
Add the prawns, black bean paste, red and green pepper, fish stock and soy sauce.
Simmer and season with salt and pepper to taste.
