Soft Chappathi

Very easy to prepare chappathis

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Allpurpose flour Maida
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 tsp Butter or oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Boil water with butter and salt.
  • When the water starts boiling, simmer the flame and add maida flour and stir with a laddle or wooden stick for 30 seconds min.
  • :- It forms hard round dough by absorbing the water.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Knead it well and make small balls off it.
  • Roll them into chappathis and cook them on a tawa.
