Instructions
Boil water with butter and salt.
When the water starts boiling, simmer the flame and add maida flour and stir with a laddle or wooden stick for 30 seconds min.
:- It forms hard round dough by absorbing the water.
Turn off the flame.
Knead it well and make small balls off it.
Roll them into chappathis and cook them on a tawa.
