Curry leaves

Instructions
Heat oil in a frying pan or a kadai.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Saute onion, ginger, green chilly and curry leaves for 6 - 7 mins.
Add the chopped tomato and saute, until it becomes mashed.
Add water and allow it to boil.
Add chilly powder and salt.
When the gravy becomes thicker, remove from the flame.
:- Serve with white rice, chappathis, naan, pooris etc.
