Instructions
Put the carrots in hot water for about 2 - 3 mins and then, grate it.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add the spices and fry.
Add sliced onions and sautT.
Add the grated carrots and sautT, till you get rid of the raw taste.
:- You can add a little water too, if reqd.
Add the powdered masala and salt and sautT for 3 - 4 mins.
Add cooked rice and grated coconut and mix well.
