Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Tortilla Chips crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Mix of Sprouts
  • 1/4 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1/4 cup Onions diced
  • 1 - Olive oil
  • Salt As reqd
  • Pepper As reqd
  • Lemon juice As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Serve it fresh in bowls.
  • Garnish with a sprig of coriander.
  • :- Can also substitue the chips with sugarless, toasted cereal crumbs. :- You can change the measurements & ingredients & cook up your own variations.......
