Bread Rolls

Easy to make snack for kids

Ingredients
  

  • 10 nos Bread slices
  • 3 nos Carrot grated
  • 3 nos Potato cooked and mashed well
  • 1 no Onion thinly sliced
  • 4 nos Green chillies finely chopped
  • ½ tsp Red chilly powder
  • ½ tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Heat a tbsp of oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Add onion and sautT well.
  • Add green chillies and sautT again.
  • Add chilly powder and garam masala powder and saute well.
  • Add grated carrot and mashed potato and mix well.
  • Remove from the flame.
  • Dip a bread slice in water and press firmly within your palms to get rid of the excess water.
  • Place a tbsp of the above mixture on it and roll it well.
  • Deep fry them in hot oil, till they turn brown in colour.
  • Repeat the same procedure for the rest of the slices.
  • :- Serve with tomato sauce.
