Heat a tbsp of oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add onion and sautT well.
Add green chillies and sautT again.
Add chilly powder and garam masala powder and saute well.
Add grated carrot and mashed potato and mix well.
Remove from the flame.
Dip a bread slice in water and press firmly within your palms to get rid of the excess water.
Place a tbsp of the above mixture on it and roll it well.
Deep fry them in hot oil, till they turn brown in colour.
Repeat the same procedure for the rest of the slices.
