Mix Veg Wheat Pakoda

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • 2 pinches Soda bi carb
  • 1 tbsp Hot oil

Vegetables(finely chopped):-

  • Onion
  • Capsicum
  • Cabbage
  • Carrot
  • 1 no Garlic pod finely chopped
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 - Chilly powder
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl excpt oil meant for deep frying.
  • Add 1 tbsp of hot oil and a little water into the above mixture and make it into a thick dough.
  • :- Do not knead the mixture.
  • Make small balls off the above mixture.
  • Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan or a kadai.
  • Deep fry as u prepare pakodas.
  • Remove from the oil when they turn golden brown.
  • :- These pakodas r crisp outside and soft inside.
  • :- Capsicum gives a good taste and aroma to the pakodas.
