Vegetables(finely chopped):-
Onion
Capsicum
Cabbage
Carrot

Oil for deep frying
Instructions
Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl excpt oil meant for deep frying.
Add 1 tbsp of hot oil and a little water into the above mixture and make it into a thick dough.
:- Do not knead the mixture.
Make small balls off the above mixture.
Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan or a kadai.
Deep fry as u prepare pakodas.
Remove from the oil when they turn golden brown.
:- These pakodas r crisp outside and soft inside.
:- Capsicum gives a good taste and aroma to the pakodas.
