Mustard seeds

Vinegar
Instructions
Clean and cut tomatoes into fine pieces.
Mix with salt and keep it for half an hour.
Grind together chillies and curry leaves.
Heat coconut oil in a pan or a kadai.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Add ginger paste, garlic paste, fennel seeds powder and green chillies-curry leaves paste.
Stir for 2 mins.
Add chilly powder and turmeric powder. Stir well.
Add tomato.
Allow it to cook.
Add salt, if reqd.
Add vinegar.
Cook, until this becomes thick and gets a consistency of that of jam.
:- Serve with dosas or can be used as a side dish for rice.
