Rice flour

Ginger

Green chillies

Garam masala powder
Salt
As reqd
Oil for frying
Instructions
Grind the corn with ginger and green chillies.
To the above paste, add rice flour, masala powder and salt. Mix well.
Heat the oil in a kadai or a pan.
Make small balss of the above mixture and shape them into vadas.
Fry them till they turn golden brown.
:- Server hot with mint chutney.
:- Grind the mixture only after the oil is put on heat. Otherwise, it will absorb oil.
