Wash the spinach well and cut them into big pieces.
SautT spinach and green chillies in 1 tsp of oil until they are wilted.
Allow it to cool and blend it into a smooth paste.
Boil tomato in hot water till the skin breaks down. Remove the skin and mash the tomato into a smooth paste.
Roast cashews lightly. Add a little water and blend it into a fine paste.
SautT paneer cubes in 1 tsp of ghee till they are golden brown.
Heat oil in a pan.
Saute onion and ginger-garlic paste, till the onion is translucent.
Add coriander powder, cumin powder and turmeric powder.
Add the spinach, tomato and cashew paste into it.
Add salt and mix well.
Cover and cook for 10 - 15 mins.
Finally, add the paneer cubes and cook for 2 - 3 mins.
