Instructions
Pressure cook dal with salt to taste.
Cut ginger and and garlic into thin juliennes (strips).
Heat ghee in a pan.
Splutter jeera.
Add garlic, ginger and green chillies.
Add turmeric powder.
Add the cooked dal and boil.
:- Serve hot with chappathis.
