Thairu Curry

Curry with curd for curd lovers

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Curd
  • 1/2 of Onion
  • or
  • 4 - Shallots finely chopped, Kunjulli
  • 1 no Cucumber peeled and cut into very thin pieces
  • Curry leaves A few
  • 1 small Ginger finely chopped
  • Tomato finely chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies or dry chillies
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds

Instructions
 

  • Heat a little coconut oil in a pan.
  • Splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add green chillies, onion, curry leaves, ginger and fry for a min.
  • Add tomato, cucumber and salt.
  • Fry for a min and remove from the fire.
  • Add curd beaten with little water.
  • :- Serve with rice.
