Curry leaves

Tomato

Green chillies or dry chillies

Coconut oil

Mustard seeds
Instructions
Heat a little coconut oil in a pan.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Add green chillies, onion, curry leaves, ginger and fry for a min.
Add tomato, cucumber and salt.
Fry for a min and remove from the fire.
Add curd beaten with little water.
:- Serve with rice.
