Mix together 1 tbsp of condensd milk and 3 tbsp of milk.
Open a packet of biscuits and dip them one by one in the above mix and keep them in a plate.
Spread cocoa powder all over the biscuits.
Open the other pack of biscuits and dip them one by one in milk and layer it.
Keep it in the fridge for about 15 - 20 mins.
Mix together custard powder and a little milk to make a smooth paste.
Place the rest of the milk on fire and bring it to a boil.
Add sugar, custard paste and cook for 2 mins.
Add condensed milk and remove from fire.
Pour it over the biscuit layer.
Keep it in the fridge again for 15 - 30 mins.
